I have clinical experience treating these. Mention your condition on the intro call so I can confirm it falls within my scope, and we adapt the program accordingly.

Can I pause if life gets in the way?

Yes. Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice, and we can pause the program for up to 2 weeks if needed (vacation, illness, life events).
